William Blake displayed in Russia for the first time

The Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow is presenting “William Blake and visionary British art” from 29 November 2012 to 19 February 2013. Around 110 works by Blake from the Tate’s collections, as well as from other British collections, including many of his most famous works such as his Ghost of a Flea will be available for the Moscow public to admire. It is the first exhibition dedicated to Blake to take place in Russia. The exhibition is a collaborative project between the Tate, the British Council, and the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts.more
