I knowwww. I take dha, get my 1000 units a day.

Still ---

Study recently about turmeric / curcumin and dha making a nice soup / happy vale for nerve healing. I jump at it. But should I? Tired of jumping...

Just have another cup of coffee or tea... maybe some cognac left for later. Right now I have to go make phone calls for Obama. But mostly I really just keep getting nothing done. Arg. What stars or planet sit on us?

On the whole -- good to be alive. Amazing.

That's the best medicine, yes?
